Hours: 10:00 A.M. - 12 AP.M. Sunday mornings
Compensation: $30/hour
Mount Hollywood is a small, vibrant, intergenerational, theologically progressive LGBTQIA+ welcoming congregation of the United Church of Christ. We seek an experienced individual to care for infants and toddlers during Sunday morning worship
service. Candidates should have (or be willing to qualify for) a state-qualified First Aid Certificate. The ideal candidate is reliable and creative and works well with children of all ages. Although the Caregiver provides no religious instruction, they should be comfortable operating within our Congregational church’s theologically progressive, open and affirming and LGBTQ+-welcoming environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet parents with infants and toddlers, and provide care and activities before services begin.
- Provide care and supervise activities for children in our outdoor garden or indoor nursery area during the 1 - 1.5 hour church service.
- Reunite children with parents following church services.
- In the event there are no infants present at church, Caregiver will assist and supervise elementary school age children in the church’s program for older children.
